Zenergy Teens Yoga Retreat, June - August 2010
"A healthy, fun-inspired weekend for all."
The Yoga Camps are now in their third year and have been
very popular and a huge success. There are 8 camps per year,
so don’t worry if you miss one.
The weekend Yoga Camps
give Teens the chance to take time out from their normal
routine, to unwind in a beautiful calm
environment and participate in healthy activities for their
bodies and minds, whilst being nourished with delicious
organic whole foods. Attending a Yoga Camp can result in some profound and amazing
changes.

WHAT YOU ARE LIKELY TO DO:
Friday
Arrival and registration is from 3pm onwards. Be greeted
with a healthy snack and Japanese tea or spring water. Relax
in the Yoga room for the orientation talk and weekend overview.
5.00pm:
| An invigorating but playful yoga class aimed
at grounding and waking up our bodies in preparation
for the weekend’s activities.

| 6.30pm:
| A pre-dinner meditation
to calm our senses, leave the week behind and focus our
attention on the
new environment.
|
| 7.00pm:
| A brief talk about the foods for the season
and the nutritional value of the foods about to be
consumed, before our delicious organic supper.
|
| 8.00pm:
| An after dinner gentle
shiatsu massage, given to partners through light, comfortable
clothes – very
blissful and very relaxing.
|
| 9.00pm:
|
Chill out time. A time of quiet
music and song, dance, drawing, writing, reading, stretching,
being….

Breathing exercises to energise and
clear the mind.
Yoga Class to lift our energy, stimulate our internal
organs, clean the blood and strengthen our spines.
A partner tapping massage follows and a talk about
good exercise for the time of year.
Showers – cold for the braver ones!
Light breakfast
Workshop – Total Self-Care
Lunch
Partner Yoga – a class filled with fun and
therapeutic exercises all done with the help of
a
partner.
Live Your Best Life
Cooking workshop: Sugar-free treats!
Pre-dinner talk, followed by sumptuous dinner.

HOW TO GET THERE:
Please arrive accompanied by an adult
between 3 – 4 pm on Friday and pick up time is at 3pm
Sunday
WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable, stretchy, colourful clothes,
and jogging shoes
Hat, sunscreen, raincoat (whatever the weather)
Pen, paper, coloured pens, book to read
Sleep wear, toiletries, towel
Musical instrument (if you have one)
