Ever thought about becoming a certified kids yoga teacher?

Have you looked at all the various training providers and wondered what the difference is and which would help you become a better teacher?

Well, if you have, I’m happy to help, because choosing the right course can set you up for a confident start (as opposed to a shaky problematic start, or not being prepared at all.)

How?

Imagine a classroom filled with 25 – 30 little 5 year olds.
Or a school gym with 30 teenagers staring at you.

If you were walking into that class to teach yoga, how would you feel right now?
– Excited? Nervous? Your tummy in knots?

But what if you knew that within 30 seconds that class would be quiet, fully engaged, listening to your every word and excited to get going? And that by the end of class, every one of those kids and teens would be blissed out in relaxation (or sound asleep :))

Moreover, at the end, some of the teens come up and ask for help with an issue they are having or want to know where they can do more yoga after school.

How good would you be feeling right now? – Hopefully very pleased with yourself.

This is the difference between a kids yoga teacher who has done a basic training course and a specialist training course.Ā

That you get the skills, knowledge and training to run smooth flowing classes, where you learn how to share the benefits of yoga in a way that is safe, impactful and you are confident in what you are doing.

You see, there is a difference between the variety kids yoga training courses. Some will focus on the play and game-based classes, some will target younger kids and others will take you deeper into yoga and the health benefits it provides to kids and teens. Not all have methodologies for structuring classes, dealing with behaviour, keeping the yoga real, but age appropriate.Ā

There is a difference between a fun yoga class and a yoga class that is fun.

If you want to impact little lives and help their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing, then look for a unique training.Ā

I’m talking about training that equips you to teach the age group you want to teach, the class size and to be able to teach a class that has the impact you want to make.

So, what does a course look like that will help with that?

There are 4 steps –
Step 1 Learn how to structure classes for all age groups
Step 2 Develop those lessons and create entire courses
Step 3 Manage your class and learn to be engaging & inspiring
Step 4 Be a specialist in helping children with the top mental, emotional, and physical issues they are dealing with todayĀ
